Professional specialization: marketing, branding. Riina Koris is a keen user of case studies and applies them eagerly in all her classes. In addition to marketing and branding, she uses cases also in consumer behaviour courses.

Education: in fall 2014 she defended her doctoral dissertation at Tallinn University of Technology School of Economics and Business Administration. The topic of her doctoral thesis was „Customer orientation at a higher educational institution: The persoective of undergraduate business students in Estonia“.
Work experience: She has been with EBS since 1999 and with the Department of Marketing and Communication since year 2008. In addition to EBS she has delivered courses in different universities in Europe. She collaborates on a permanent basis with Wirtschaftsuniversität Wien.
