Anu Ruul

Leading lecturer for the Innovation Strategic Management course of the Executive MBA program, guest lecturer for Leadership and Marketing Development programs, instructor for the Digital Transformation Microdegree.

Anu is a sustainable innovation strategist and one of Estonia's most experienced trainers in the (sustainable) innovation process. She has nearly 15 years of hands-on experience in project management and entrepreneurship. Currently, Anu is practicing as an ESG Interim Manager at the company Akzo Nobel Baltics AS. As an Interim Manager, Anu has also led the implementation of innovation processes at the company Cleveron AS.

Anu has completed the EBS's ESG management development program and Cambridge Judge Business School Executive Education sustainability and the circular economy course.

Anu is a member of the Innovation Leaders Club council (SEB and Technopol).
As a guest lecturer, Anu has presented to students in the USA, Germany, and France, and has acted as a trainer in international knowledge transfer programs in Georgia and Namibia.
She is the lead lecturer for the Innovation Strategic Management course in the Executive MBA program.
Anu is also a guest lecturer in the Leadership and Marketing Managers programs.
