The best theses of academic year 2019-2020 in EBS have been chosen!

One of the most anticipated moments at the end of the academic year at EBS, in addition to the graduation ceremony and awarding diplomas, is selecting the best theses.

We selected the best theses in three fields, and the best of academic year 2019-2020 are:

  • In the field of management and entrepreneurship – Kerly Tosvel "Organizing and Supporting Teleworking in Estonian Companies"
     
  • In the field of marketing and communication – Arina Nikolaeva "Impact of Different Marketing Messaging on Volunteer Retention in Chapters of AFS Russia"
     
  • In the field of economic theory and finance – Julia Larkomaa "The Relationship Between Firms' CSP and CFP in the Helsinki Stock Exchange"

In addition to the winners, we wish to highlight the master's thesis by Sander Laumets and Rain Pärn "A Study Into the Potential of Consent Management Platforms for Processing Personal Data in the General Data Protection Regulation Environment" for the actuality and novelty of its topic, and the ambition of its mission.

 

The members of the selection board were Marge Täks, Head of the Department of Management, Katri Kerem, Head of the Department of Marketing and Communication, and Meelis Kitsing, Head of the Department of Economics and Finance.

 

The prize pool for the best theses is 1500 euros, divided equally between the winners.
