Strategic Communication microdegree program starts
Embark on our award-winning seven-week microdegree program in strategic communication, recognized as the best for the academic year 2022/23. The program aims to equip marketing enthusiasts with the tools to leverage and implement professional communication techniques, media, and tools effectively. In an ever-evolving landscape of modern business communication, understanding both external communication with the public, stakeholders, and society, and internal communication with employees is crucial. This microdegree program ensures participants grasp the enlightened understanding needed in this new environment and master successful methods of informing and exchanging information.
Immerse yourself in learning alongside EBS master’s students, with a curriculum that involves both scheduled lectures-seminars and independent study. Meetings are held Fridays and Saturdays every other week, from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM through April and May over a total of 7 weeks, with the exception of the inaugural meeting on Thursday, April 11, 2024.
Early registrants benefit from a special rate of 2500€ (until Feb.29, 2024) with the microdegree purchasing platform on MyEBS set to open on December 15, 2023.
- For those registered with the Employment Insurance Fund (Töötukassa), enrollment can be completed through the e-Töötukassa training environment.
- Prospective participants should hold a completed higher education degree and possess a minimum B2 level of proficiency in English.

Please be advised that in case you are outside of EU/EEA member states and or if your intention is to pursue any short-term courses/programmes at the Open University, it's important to note that a residence permit for studying is exclusively issued for programs that lead to a formal degree. Unfortunately, this provision does not extend to microdegrees.
