DefHack: Resilience Edition

Now is your time to rethink how defence systems use, reuse and optimise their resources. Build faster, cleaner and smarter solutions that strengthen operational efficiency and future readiness.

This 48-hour intensive development sprint brings together experts from both the defence sector (including the Ministry of Defence, Estonian Defence Forces, the Estonian Defence League and defence companies) and the civilian sector (including universities, colleges and IT companies) to create and advance circularity solutions that make defence processes more efficient and resilient.

This time, the focus is on material reuse and circular supply chains, product redesign and sustainable disposal, and real-world applications in the defence sector. 

The hackathon will conclude with final pitches and feedback from top experts in defence and business innovation, as well as development support and prizes for the best teams.
