Once a digital product strategy is defined and a prototype validated, the real challenge begins: how to manage the product in a way that consistently delivers business value. The Digital Product Operations and Process Management module focuses on turning strategy and development into a structured, scalable management system. Participants learn how to align product development, operations, and data-driven decision-making into one coherent approach. As a result, they gain the capability to manage digital products deliberately—from roadmap to measurable business impact.

The value of this module lies in translating strategy and product concepts into a structured and scalable operating model. Participants learn how to build product roadmaps that function as real management tools—linking everyday decisions to business objectives. The module focuses on designing product operations that ensure clarity in priorities, efficient use of resources, and transparency across teams.
In addition, participants develop the ability to use data and user feedback to guide decision-making, reducing uncertainty and improving product outcomes. The result is a stronger capability to manage digital products not only from a development perspective, but from a business performance standpoint.
This module is designed for working professionals responsible for the performance, development, or lifecycle management of digital products, also for EBS master students. It is particularly relevant for product managers, digital project managers, product owners, and specialists collaborating with development and operations teams.
The module is suitable both for those progressing through the full digital product microdegree journey and for experienced practitioners entering directly, provided they have prior exposure to digital product development, agile ways of working, or data-driven decision-making.
A micro-degree certificate with ECTS credits, which can be counted toward an EBS master’s programme

If you do not yet hold a bachelor’s degree or prefer a hands-on approach to product creation, we recommend the bachelor-level course Digital Product Development and Prototyping. It focuses on rapid experimentation and prototyping, while this microdegree takes a more structured approach, combining design, technology and validation into a decision-making process.
