Christjan has been active in the technology sector since 1999 and has worked closely with technology across various industries, including IT, construction, education, and HR. He began his career as a systems engineer at the international construction company YIT, where he led digitalisation initiatives and built solutions supporting diverse business processes.
From 2010 to 2017, he worked at Skype (Microsoft), starting as a software developer and later serving as an engineering manager. His passion for human-centred leadership took shape during his years at Skype and has since guided his work as a mentor, coach, and trainer.
Since 2019, Christjan has been a partner at the Estonian edtech startup Clanbeat, where he has held multiple roles (CTO, CPO, and COO) while developing an innovative SaaS platform that supports student wellbeing in schools. He has also been an active member of JCI Estonia and served as President of JCI Tallinn in 2020.
Today, Christjan focuses primarily on his role as co-founder of the coaching-technology startup Wundamental, where, as CTO, he has built an AI-powered leadership coaching platform. In addition, he provides strategic partnership and leadership coaching services to founders and CEOs.
Egert Valmra is an expert in strategic management and R&D funding, with over 20 years of international experience in developing innovation-driven projects. He has held senior roles in technology companies such as Skeleton Technologies and eAgronom, leading initiatives in space technologies, energy storage, and artificial intelligence. Egert holds a Master's degree in Strategic Management from Tallinn University of Technology .
