Get a solid legal foundation
Many entrepreneurs pay for legal help they could handle themselves, and skip help they really need.
In this course you learn how to set up and run an Estonian company, the basics of contracts, employment and data protection, and how to use AI to find the law, explain it and draft simple documents, always checking the result against Riigi Teataja.
By the end of the course you will have a legal starter kit for your company and a clear sense of when to call a lawyer.
This course is the first step of the learning path “Legal Confidence for Entrepreneurs”. Next, explore “Contracts, People and IP: Draft and Negotiate with AI” and “Legal Strategy for Growth: Investment, Compliance and AI Governance”.
Who is Start and Run Your Company in Estonia: Legal Basics with AI intended for?
