Build a legal foundation for growth
Growth brings investors, boards, regulators and foreign markets, and the legal stakes rise with them.
With a small group of peers you prepare your company for investment, secure your IP and data, build a compliance system that fits your size, and plan expansion abroad. You also decide how your company uses AI for legal work and when to use a law firm.
By the end of the course you will have a legal and governance roadmap for your company's next growth stage, reviewed by peers and a practising attorney.
This course is the third step of the learning path “Legal Confidence for Entrepreneurs”. Also explore “Start and Run Your Company in Estonia: Legal Basics with AI” and “Contracts, People and IP: Draft and Negotiate with AI”.
Who is Legal Strategy for Growth: Investment, Compliance and AI Governance intended for?
The course is designed for founders of growth companies, CEOs, board members, CFOs and heads of legal.
Admission is by role, so that the group brings together leaders with similar responsibilities.
