Lead compliance that people trust
Heads of compliance sit between the business, the board and the regulator.
With senior peers, you design a risk-based compliance programme, set risk appetite with the board, organise the function and its resources, manage supervisory relations and inspections, handle breaches, and prepare for new EU AML rules and technology. On the study tour you meet Nordic compliance leaders and supervisors.
By the end of the course you will have a compliance strategy for your organisation: risk appetite, programme design, function organisation, technology plan and supervisory approach.
This course is the third step of the learning path “Compliance and Financial Crime”. Also explore “Compliance and AML Essentials” and “AML and KYC in Practice: Risk Assessment, Monitoring and AI”.
Who is Leading Compliance: Regulators, Boards and a Risk-Based Programme intended for?
The course is designed for MLROs, heads of compliance and risk, and board members of obliged entities.
