Lead with data and AI
Managers do not need to code, but they do need to ask the right questions of data and AI, judge the answers and lead projects that use them.
In this course you learn the basics of data, statistics and machine learning, how generative AI works and where it fails, how to frame and run an analytics or AI project, and how to handle data quality, privacy and the EU AI Act. You also visit a data-driven company.
By the end of the course you will have an AI or analytics business case for your organisation: problem, data, approach, risks, AI Act check and value.
This course is the second step of the learning path “Leading with AI”. Also explore “AI at Work: A Practical Toolkit for Managers” and “Leading the AI-Ready Organisation”.
Who is Data, Analytics and AI for Managers intended for?
The course is designed for managers of all functions and entrepreneurs.
No coding is needed. We recommend completing “AI at Work: A Practical Toolkit for Managers” first or having basic experience with AI tools.
The course runs in two parallel groups: in Estonian on Wednesdays and in English on Mondays.
