Build an organisation ready for AI
Your competitors are already using AI. The question for leaders is no longer whether to use it, but how to organise for it.
With a small group of senior peers, you set an AI ambition linked to your strategy, design the operating model and governance, and plan how roles and skills will change. On the two-day study tour you meet companies that have done it.
By the end of the course you will have a board-ready AI roadmap and business case for your organisation.
This course is the third step of the learning path “Leading with AI”. Also explore “AI at Work: A Practical Toolkit for Managers” and “Data, Analytics and AI for Managers”.
Who is Leading the AI-Ready Organisation intended for?
The course is designed for executives, senior managers, heads of business units and board members.
Admission is by role, so that the group brings together leaders with similar responsibilities from different companies and industries.
The course runs in two parallel groups: in Estonian on Wednesdays and in English on Mondays.

- design the operating model: roles, governance, data, partners and investment priorities;
- plan the workforce change: skills, roles, culture and communication;
- meet regulatory and ethical expectations (EU AI Act timeline, data protection) without slowing innovation;

Meet the other participants
In week 6 there is a two-day study tour together with the other advanced groups of the same intake. There are also joint dinners, and at the end of the course you can join the alumni circle.
Completion and feedback
During the course you advise your peers and complete two milestones and a final project:
- milestone 1: AI ambition and operating model draft;
- milestone 2: draft roadmap with peer feedback;
- final project: AI roadmap and business case
You receive written feedback on each milestone within seven days. There are no exams or grades.
To complete the course and receive the certificate, you must attend at least seven of the nine sessions and present your final project.
Certificate
On completing the course you receive an EBS executive education certificate.
