Renato Sydler

Renato Sydler is a seasoned strategy executive and Associate Professor of Practice with over 15 years of experience working with startups and large corporations worldwide to achieve strategic excellence. He is currently also the Head of the Doctoral Programme at EBS.

In his career, he has led numerous high-impact projects driving growth, process optimization and strategic transformation. Renato specializes in complex problem-solving within the strategy space, focusing on areas like product monetization, go-to-market strategy, and operational excellence. He uses his market knowledge to adjust a company’s value proposition and processes to mirror the customer needs and capture their willingness-to-pay.
