Katrin Oblikas-Peretti combines extensive international leadership experience with a deep understanding of people and organisational development. Over the past 15 years, she has held leadership positions in global companies and coached international teams across 11 countries.
Katrin has worked for Mars Inc. and Royal Canin, where she held international leadership and learning & development roles. In recent years, she has focused on executive coaching, team coaching and leadership development programmes. She has accumulated more than 2,500 coaching hours and has delivered training programmes in Estonia and internationally.
Katrin holds several internationally recognised coaching qualifications, including the Senior Practitioner Diploma in Executive Coaching (AoEC UK) and the Systemic Team Coaching Certificate (AoEC UK). She is also a certified C-IQ Conversational Intelligence® Coach and a member of both the Estonian Chapter and the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
