Peep Aaviksoo is a senior executive with over 30 years of leadership experience, including the last 10 years as Director of EBS Executive Education.
He has found his true calling in executive coaching and is one of the founders of the EBS Executive Coaching Centre.

Since 2012, Aaviksoo has been a certified Executive Coach. He earned the ICF Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credential in 2014 and the ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential in 2018. He is also a Certified Team Performance Coach™ (CTPC) accredited by Team Coaching International and a certified consultant of Hogan Assessment Systems.

In addition to his native Estonian, Aaviksoo is fluent in English and Russian.

Kiur Lootus is a trainer in EBS coaching programmes and a PCC-level executive coach. He has completed several coaching programmes at AoEC, as well as training in conflict coaching and basic mediation. His particular interest lies in neuroscience and its application in leadership; accordingly, he has also completed team coaching training at the NeuroLeadership Institute. He holds higher education degrees in architecture and management.
Kiur has been actively involved in entrepreneurship and leadership for more than 25 years and participates in the work of several non-profit organisations, where he primarily supports the development of teams and the maximisation of their members’ potential. In doing so, he mainly applies a coaching-based approach and shares these experiences and insights in his training sessions, helping participants create connections and insights that elevate their leadership capabilities to the next level.

Katrin Oblikas-Peretti combines extensive international leadership experience with a deep understanding of people and organisational development. Over the past 15 years, she has held leadership positions in global companies and coached international teams across 11 countries.

Katrin has worked for Mars Inc. and Royal Canin, where she held international leadership and learning & development roles. In recent years, she has focused on executive coaching, team coaching and leadership development programmes. She has accumulated more than 2,500 coaching hours and has delivered training programmes in Estonia and internationally.

Katrin holds several internationally recognised coaching qualifications, including the Senior Practitioner Diploma in Executive Coaching (AoEC UK) and the Systemic Team Coaching Certificate (AoEC UK). She is also a certified C-IQ Conversational Intelligence® Coach and a member of both the Estonian Chapter and the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
