Internship
Learn through real experience
At EBS, internships are part of your studies, not an extra.
During your studies, you complete two internships that give you real work experience early on. This helps you understand what kind of career suits you and what skills are expected in the job market. You are supported in finding an internship, guided through the application process, and get to meet employers.
- In your first internship, you learn how organisations work and how decisions are made. A mentor supports you in thinking through your career direction and understanding employer expectations.
- In your second internship, you work on a real business challenge. You analyse the situation and propose solutions. You are also supported by a coaching session that helps you plan your next steps with more clarity.
By the end of the two internships, you have gained experience, confidence, and a clearer understanding of your strengths. This gives you a strong starting point for entering the job market.
The quality of the EBS internship programme is recognised by the Estonian Education and Youth Board with the quality label “Recognised Internship System 2023–2027”.
