Next-Level Sales: EBS helps young people turn language skills into new career opportunities

Next-Level Sales is a free international training programme that helps young people turn their language and communication skills into practical business skills. The programme focuses on customer success, professional communication, AI tools and real business challenges. Training and events take place in Estonia, Latvia and Finland.

Who can apply?

The programme is for 18-29-year-olds with a background in languages, linguistics or other language-related fields who want to broaden their career opportunities and gain practical business experience.

It is particularly suitable for final-year students, recent graduates and young people looking for new career opportunities or considering their next professional step. It is also intended for young people who are unemployed, looking for work or whose current field offers limited employment opportunities. As an exception, second-year students may also apply.

Relevant backgrounds may include translation, language teaching, linguistics, philology, proofreading, copywriting, content writing and other fields where strong language and communication skills are important.

No previous experience in sales or customer management is required. Participation is free of charge, and the project covers participants' travel and accommodation costs.

What will you learn and do?

You will learn how to understand customers and their needs, build good customer relationships, communicate professionally and solve customer problems. The programme also covers professional self-presentation and job interviews, AI tools for customer-related work, mystery shopping and analysis of real customer experiences.

You will meet business professionals, employers and career experts from Estonia, Latvia and Finland.

*all trainings are onsite and travel and accommodation costs will be covered for all participants.
