The EBS CFO Development Programme has run continuously for over 25 years and has become the most important professional development platform for Estonia's CFO community. Among its more than 150 alumni are the finance leaders of many of Estonia's largest companies, as well as multiple recipients of the CFO of the Year title.

"The CFO's responsibilities today reach well beyond traditional financial management. In addition to ensuring a company's financial health, CFOs are expected to contribute to strategic decision-making, investment assessment, and guiding long-term growth. Through this partnership, we want to give Estonian finance leaders access to the same knowledge and tools used by CFOs at the world's most successful companies," said Tarmo Meresmaa, Director of Management Consulting at PwC Estonia.

The challenges facing CFOs are evolving fast – and the programme must evolve with them. Working with PwC helps us keep the curriculum current and practical, and to bring participants knowledge they can apply directly in their day-to-day work.
