EBS alumna Eliis Pärna-Kundla: Good leaders enable people to use their strengths

Great ideas are rarely born alone – they are created through collaboration.

EBS alumna Eliis Pärna-Kundla, Marketing Director at TV3 Group Estonia, shares in her story that leadership is not about finding the best solutions on your own, but about creating an environment where people can fully leverage their strengths. In her view, it is essential that team members understand shared goals, take ownership, and feel encouraged to contribute ideas and challenge ways of thinking.

Eliis also reflects on how her MBA studies at EBS supported her development as a leader – particularly in shaping strategic thinking, developing a broader perspective, and learning how to connect people and goals into a coherent, effective whole. She further discusses how, in today’s rapidly changing work environment, leadership is increasingly about adaptability, collaboration, and fostering a culture of continuous learning.
