The two–year Master’s programme in International Business Administration with specialisation in organizational change and leadership is designed for students with a Bachelor`s degree in Economics, Business or Management, or the equivalent who wish to become experts in the field of organisational Change and Leadership. The modular programme is perfect to those who have a career or commitments that make it challenging to attend the university a daily basis.

Objectives of the curriculum: To add value to obtained first degrees by developing knowledge, analytical, professional and team player skills of students and produce high quality graduates with the ability to systematically and creatively apply knowledge and understanding of international business and management.

Core subjects (42 ECTS)

Core subjects will provide comprehensive knowledge and skills in specific topics in international business, academic writing and business English necessary for the acquisition of the major.

Major in Organisational Change and Leadership (30 ECTS)

The major is designed to provide profound knowledge in leadership of organisational change, combining the current theoretical concepts with the analysis of future trends, and creating a general understanding of the main theories in management of organisational change and leadership It prepares students to manage organisational change and offers skills to implement best leadership practices in modern business organisations.

Minor in Human Resource Development and Organisation (12 ECTS)

The minor is designed to provide students with systematic overview of organisational diagnostics and practical skills to develop and effectively manage employees in local and international organisations. The major also provides in-depth understanding of human resource management and development in a challenging competitive business environment with the focus on coaching, team management and people empowerment.

Optional subjects (6 ECTS)

Optional subjects are offered during the autumn semester of 2nd study year. Optional courses can also be chosen at another university or taken and passed while on ERASMUS exchange
