What to Expect at EBS Talent Days
Over two days, students take part in talks, workshops and panel discussions. For companies, the main meeting point is the Talent Fair on Thursday.
The event opens with a keynote exploring how the world of work is changing, what skills will matter in the future and how artificial intelligence is shaping careers. The discussion will focus not only on technology, but also on the human skills and qualities that remain essential in a changing business environment.
Practical, interactive workshops will help students develop skills and explore opportunities at different stages of their careers. The sessions focus on three main areas: career start, career development and entrepreneurship.
Workshops will be delivered by industry professionals, company representatives and EBS alumni.
The Talent Fair is at the heart of EBS Talent Days, bringing companies and students together to explore internships, employment opportunities and different career paths.
Alongside recruitment and networking, the Internship II Challenge Hub gives companies an opportunity to introduce real business challenges that students could explore through applied research projects.
EBS alumni will share personal stories about their professional journeys, including important decisions, unexpected opportunities, career changes and lessons learned along the way.
Industry panel discussions will introduce students to career opportunities they may not have considered before. Professionals from different organisations will explore how skills in areas such as finance, marketing, technology and entrepreneurship can lead to a wide variety of roles and career paths.
The Mentor Hub connects first-year EBS students with mentors from the wider EBS community, including alumni, experienced professionals and academics. It provides an opportunity to begin mentoring relationships and discuss career interests, internship plans and personal development goals.
