Who is the Executive MBA Programme designed for?
The programme is meant for experienced executives who have a university degree and who are responsible for designing the future of their company as well as the entire branch of activity. The 15-20 executives invited to the
programme are high achievers with considerable experience in executive management seeking development and eager to share their experiences with others.

What does the Executive MBA programme offer?
The aim of the programme is to develop the performance ability of the top executives in order to improve the performance of the organisation in the changing economic environment. The practical analyses and research of the study is directed towards the development of their companies. Completion of the programme aims to develop and raise the competitive strength as well as the value of the company.

The aim of Executive MBA is to follow the most contemporary trends of management science. EBS in collaboration with Ajutrust has created Executive MBA Programme that is the most exciting, challenging and results-driven EMBA programme in the region and in the whole of Estonia.

The program combines the classical Master's studies of EBS, the business consultancy and entrepreneurial experience of Ajutrust, and the best parts of managerial experience of the participating executives.

What are the additional values of the programme?
The participants of the programme gain additional value by completing the final paper of the course, during which each participant compiles a thorough analysis of the actual managerial challenges of one's company. In particular,
in the beginning of the programme the participants establish the managerial strategic challenges of their company that will be the basis of the different research works throughout the programme. The participants will thereby grow the value of their company as the study process provides them with maximum possibilities to develop and analyse the activity of the company. The participants are supervised to conduct an analyses and development processes within one's company during the entire study process. It is also important to mention that during the study process the participants exchange practical experiences and establish new contacts and friends.

In addition, a study trip to Berlin in cooperation with ESCP – EAP European Business School in Berlin and Employers' Federation Rhineland will take place.

How are the subjects evaluated?

The subjects will be evaluated on the basis of the independent and group works and the individual preliminary examination at the end of each subject. The final paper of the EMBA program will be an individual thorough analysis of real managerial challenges of one's company and a conceptual solution with a realization plan.

How is the program scheduled?
The program lasts for 1,5 years and consists of lectures, group work, independent work and practical research. The study takes place once a month from Thursday to Saturday (excluding July and August) as a three-day module.

The next  Executive MBA group will start on October, 2017.

Training days start at 9:30 and end at 16:45.

 

What are the participation requirements?
Participation requirements include considerable experience as a top-level executive, degree in higher education and a good level of English.

EBS Executive Training Centre will establish contact after the registration and will specify the required documents. The documents must include the original copy of the document certifying higher education; the original copy of the academic report and CV.

How much does participation in the programme cost?
The participation fee for the two-year EMBA program is 18,600 Euros. The price is exclusive of VAT 20%.
The price includes a study trip to Berlin in cooperation with ESCP – EAP European Business School in Berlin and Employers' Federation Rhineland.

The fee is divided between 1,5 years and can be paid in up to four parts.  It is also possible to agree upon an individual schedule of payments.

Who are teaching?
