Essentials of Management and Leadership (in Estonian)

Ester Eomois has been on the boards of international pharmaceutical companies both in Estonia and abroad for more than 15 years. Her main responsibilities have included strategic planning, sales and marketing.

Henri Lindal is an experienced project manager, trainer, and entrepreneur from Estonia. He has more than ten years of experience in the music industry, technical production, human resource management, sales, and teamwork. He currently leads HL Koolitused and Saunum Saunas North America.
Henri holds both a bachelor’s and a master’s degree from Estonian Business School and is continuing his studies in EBS’s doctoral programme. Alongside his doctoral studies, he teaches several courses at Estonian Business School, including management, strategic management, and courses exploring the reasons why start-ups fail.

Ülle Pihlak is an experienced lecturer whose academic and professional background combines entrepreneurship, management, and the natural sciences. She holds an MSc in Physics and Mathematics, an MBA in International Business Management, and a PhD. Throughout her career, she has worked as a teacher, management consultant, and lecturer, bringing multidisciplinary experience and a practical business perspective to her teaching.
Her main areas of expertise include entrepreneurship, business model and business plan development, organisational and change management, and international business. In 2012, she defended her doctoral thesis at Estonian Business School, entitled Change Management in Indian Organizations Compared to Chinese and Estonian Organizations, which explored change management in Indian organisations in comparison with organisations in China and Estonia.
