Explore the course

The course takes place in intensive Friday–Saturday sessions, typically every other week from 10:00 to 17:15. Each session combines evidence-based insights with discussion, real-life cases, practical exercises and group work, allowing participants to examine leadership and organisational behaviour through situations that are relevant to managerial practice.

Each study day includes a 45-minute lunch break and shorter breaks throughout the day.

The course is expected to run from late January to May 2027. The detailed schedule will be confirmed in December 2026.

Entry requirements

To ensure effective participation and meaningful peer learning, applicants are expected to meet the following criteria:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
  • At least 3 years of work experience in business or entrepreneurship
  • For non-Estonian residents: EU citizenship or a valid temporary residence permit that allows study in Estonia.

Learning outcomes


Upon completion of the course, the student:
1. Critically evaluates contemporary research in organisational behaviour and its relevance to managerial practice. (Knowledge)
2. Translates organisational behaviour concepts into practical recommendations for complex business situations. (Application)
3. Facilitates group decision-making process by managing conflict and encouraging open communication in diverse teams. (Social)
4. Demonstrates emotional intelligence to manage interpersonal dynamics and lead with empathy. (Individual)
5. Negotiates practical business solutions to manage workplace dynamics effectively. (Transferable)

Participants who complete the course will receive a continuing education certificate with ECTS

Learning Enviroment

The courses takes place at EBS’s modern campus in Tallinn, Lauteri 3. Students have access to ergonomic classrooms, the EBS library, and the cloud-based Canvas learning platform. The study process is supported by online tools such as Canvas and MS Teams. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the building.
