Managerial Economics, a master’s-level course, provides leaders with a perspective that supports fast, evidence-based decision-making in complex business situations. The course integrates the core principles of microeconomics with practical managerial decisions: pricing, forecasting, demand analysis, production and cost strategies, and the influence of the macroeconomic environment. The result is a clear analytical framework that helps you understand what truly drives value in an organisation — and how to manage it effectively.
This course is ideal for leaders who need to see the bigger picture, interpret market dynamics, and make optimised decisions even in conditions of uncertainty. Learning is intensive, applied, and focused on developing tools you can immediately use in your professional context.

Managerial Economics equips you with the ability to think like an economist — to recognise relationships, assess economic consequences, and choose solutions that maximise organisational value. It is a skill that separates a good leader from an exceptional one.
Throughout the course, you will work through real managerial situations where pricing, demand analysis and forecasting play a decisive role in business performance.
In short, the course helps you develop an analytical mindset that supports better decision-making in both stable and uncertain environments.
