The master level course provides clear tools and hands-on experience for initiating and implementing business innovation within an existing organisation. Participants learn to understand customer needs, create effective value propositions, and develop business models that turn ideas into real impact. The focus is on intrapreneurship and project-based learning, enabling immediate application of acquired knowledge in their own work environment.
This is a master’s level course designed for participants with a background in business education and prior experience in management or entrepreneurship. It is intended for those who drive innovation within companies and organisations – including managers, team leaders, product and process owners, intrapreneurs, innovation consultants, and change agents.
The estimated course period is from January to May 2027. The lecture schedule is being finalized and will be confirmed in December 2026.
The course consists of sessions held every other week on Fridays and Saturdays from 10:00 a.m. to 5:15 p.m. Each day includes a 45-minute lunch break as well as short breaks.
