Manage the risk in your contracts
Most legal risk in a growing company sits in its contracts: with customers, suppliers, partners and staff.
In this course you use AI to review contracts faster, build a clause playbook with preferred and fallback positions, and practise negotiating. You also cover employment and contractor arrangements, share options, intellectual property, trade secrets and selling online in the EU. You visit an in-house legal team that works this way every day.
By the end of the course you will have a contract playbook for your company: five key clauses with preferred, fallback and walk-away positions, plus one fully reviewed contract.
This course is the second step of the learning path “Legal Confidence for Entrepreneurs”. Also explore “Start and Run Your Company in Estonia: Legal Basics with AI” and “Legal Strategy for Growth: Investment, Compliance and AI Governance”.
Who is Contracts, People and IP: Draft and Negotiate with AI intended for?
