Liina Reimann is Head of Student Experience at EBS. She leads admissions, student feedback, the internship programme, and the EBS mentoring programme. Working closely with programme management and other internal stakeholders, she helps create a meaningful learning environment where students can thrive.
In addition to her role as Head of Student Experience, Liina is a lecturer and mentor. She teaches the elective course Empowered Leader and mentoring courses, including Graduation Capstone: Mentoring Practice and Mentoring for Entrepreneurs. Through her teaching, she helps students deepen their self-awareness, discover their strengths, and develop into leaders who help others grow.
Liina believes that meaningful learning extends beyond the classroom. She is passionate about creating opportunities for students to connect academic learning with personal and professional development through mentoring, internships, leadership development, and community.
Before joining EBS, Liina served on the board of an international NGO and coordinated international training programmes, collaborating with facilitators and volunteers across Europe. She holds a Bachelor's degree from Tallinn University of Technology, an MBA from Estonian Business School, and the Practitioner Diploma in Executive Coaching from the Academy of Executive Coaching (AoEC).
She believes that people often have more potential than they see in themselves and is committed to creating the conditions where students can learn, grow, and lead with purpose.
