Jim Seltenrijch is a PhD student and Junior Research Fellow at EBS. Additionally, Jim is tasked with the further development of education programmes at EBS both at the bachelor and master level. Before joining EBS, Jim obtained degrees from Leiden University (Netherlands), University College London (England), and Tartu University (Estonia). Jim has worked as a Product Manager in BigBank (financial institution) and Sixfold (start-up). He has extensive experience in leading software development teams to solve creative problems in agile environments. Derived from the work experience, his main areas of research are agile management, organizational culture, and creative teams.
