Admission for foreign students
Admission requirements
International students who are applying for admission to EBS full-time studies must submit the following documents:
- completed application form
- high school diploma and grade transcript
- the certificates of education issued abroad will be recognized by EBS on the basis of the assessment and opinions of the Estonian ENIC/NARIC bureau
- official notarized translation of the certificates into English is required
- passport or other identification document with a photo and a personal ID-code
- 2 passport photos (3x4 cm)
- a CV or a letter of recommendation from previous school or work environment
- registration fee
- Free of charge for EU residents
- 30€ for non-EU residents (payment information: OÜ EBS Education; bank: SEB; bank account number: 10220070728014; IBAN: EE35 1010 2200 7072 8014)
Additional requirements are the following:
1) any internationally recognized language test corresponding to Common European Framework of Reference for Languages level B1 (intermediate)
TOEFL PBT score 431-482, TOEFL iBT score 43-61
TOEIC score 381-540IELTS (International English Language Testing Service) 3.5-4.5PET (Preliminary English Test)BEC 1 (Business English Certificate) Preliminaryor oral and written entrance test in English in EBS.
2) In addition an interview will be held by EBS representatives (or written essay on reasons for applying)
Admission procedure
Admission period ends on May 10, 2010 for non-EU residents and on July 10, 2010 for EU-residents.
Additional admission period for EU residents ends on August 25, 2010.
Interview for students applying in Estonia will be held on July 15 or August 10.
Foreign applicants coming from Finland may apply in Helsinki, Finland through our partner Huippuvalmennus. For these applicants admission Interview in Finland will be held on May 26, 2010.
Applicants from Finland are also welcome to come and apply in Tallinn, documents should be submitted by July 10 and the interview will take place in EBS in Tallinn, Lauteri 3 on July 15 according to the schedule.
Special course "Estonian Language and Culture" is offered for international students from August 16-27, 2010, registration is required: eve.myyr@ebs.ee
Lectures will start on September 1, 2010.
