Master´s Studies

The two-year full-time Master Programme in International Business Administration (MA) is designed to educate internationally sensitive and efficient managers and to prepare students for challenging positions in multinational companies.

Estonian Business School is developing expertise and course modules on Doing Business in Russia and Management in Nordic Region and Central and Eastern Europe (CEE) countries.

Estonia"s unique location on the Eastern border of the EU gives the students studying here an excellent experience for future career related to these economies.

The programme is designed for students with the Bachelor"s Degree in Business Administration, Economics or Management or equivalent.

The programme is accredited by the Estonian Higher Education Quality Assessment Council.

Organisation of studies:

  • The academic year is divided into two semesters with the duration of 15 weeks each.
  • According to the nominal programme there are 5-6 subjects offered each semester.
  • Examination sessions take place at the end of each semester - in autumn from mid-December to mid-January and in spring from end of May to mid-June.
  • The nominal duration of the programme is for 2 years.
  • Study materials are included in the tuition fee and are supplied by the study department or can be accessed from the EBS library, the reading room or on the Internet.

The study form is full-time in evenings.
In evening study form lectures normally take place during three evenings per week between 17:30-20:45 (Monday, Thursday, and Friday). With lectures given by visiting professors there might be changes in the regular timetable.
Major subjects and electives begin in the second year of studies.
