Accommodation

Estonian Business School does not have its own dormitory. The school’s role is to assist students who may find difficulty in arranging housing in Tallinn.

The school offers a variety of possibilities which are the following:

1. Rent a flat with the help of a real estate company:
Our partners which are providing the university with a list of suitable flats as well as offer full service to conclude the lease agreement between the student and the landlord are the following:

Arco Vara Real Estate Company (http://www.arcovara.ee

UUS MAA Real Estate Company (http://www.uusmaa.ee

NB! Students are welcome to contact our real estate brokers directly.

The prices of accommodation depend on the location, type and situation in housing market.
To live in the city centre (i.e. close to the university), costs for one student are approximately 250-350 Euros/ per month + utilities (every month around 70 Euros depending on usage).
Prices for a 2-room flat (livingroom + 1 bedroom) in the city centre are about 350-450 Euros + utilities;
2-bedroom apartments cost about 450-550 Euros (+ utilities) per month.
Flats in blockhouses district (about 20-30 min by bus from the city centre) are about 250-320 Euros per month.

Most common way for students to find accommodation is to rent an apartment and to share it with the university mates.
