WebCT learning environment can be found at http://webct.e-uni.ee.

WebCT is the world's leading provider of e-learning solutions to higher education. It is a tool that facilitates the creation of sophisticated World Wide Web-based educational environments. WebCT was built by educators at the University of British Columbia as a tool to allow other educators to build sophisticated Web-Based learning environments without the need for lot of time, resources or technical expertise.
