Admission requirements for applying to LUMS


Students have to make the preliminary decision about their further studies in Lancaster while they apply to EBS. General admission requirements follow the ones for International Business Administration.

Students can apply for LUMS studies after submitting 3 semester in EBS. Required grade point average at EBS should be 4,0 (on 5 point scale).

Special admission requirements for applying to Lancaster:

  1. Special application form
  2. Course transcripts
  3. Confidential references (2)
  4. IELTS/ TOEFL result 
    • IELTS 6.5 points (Preferred option). Can be taken 1-2 times per month in the British Council (1900 EEK)
    • Official TOEFL 580 points (2nd option). Can be taken twice a month (ca 1800 EEK)
Applying to LUMS takes place in February - March each year; application should be submitted by mid February to the International Relations Office at EBS. Interviews with suitable candidates will take place in March in Tallinn. 
Studies in LUMS in UK will start in August.
