Summer Admission 2012

In Estonian Business School the admission procedure for autumn intake 2012 has already started.

Application deadlines:

Application deadline for non-EU residents is 15th May, 2012. For non-EU residence the application process together with the residents permits application procedure will last minimum 3 months after the student has submitted all required documents to the university.

Application deadline for EU residents is 13th July, 2012.
For Finnish applicants the interviews will be held in Helsinki in June and July according to the registration.

Admission interviews will be held according to the time agreed in person with Admissions office and EBS Study Department. Students applying from distance are expected to send motivation letter together with the required documents via mail which should arrived before the abovementioned deadlines.

The autumn semester of the academic year 2012/2013 starts on 31st August with the Opening Ceremony, classes start on 3rd September. 
We kindly invite our new admitted students to arrive 3-4 days before the semester starts.

Residence permits 
All students must have a valid passport for their period of study in Tallinn and a Temporary residence permit or Right of temporary residence for study.

Citizens of EU and EEA member states, as well as from the USA, New Zealand, Australia, Japan, Mexico, Malaysia and a number of other countries (please consult the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, www.vm.ee) do not need a visa to enter Estonia for a period of three months. The students will need the Right of temporary residence. 

Citizens of all other countries need a Temporary residence permit for study and to enter the Republic of Estonia. As a general rule officially admitted student should submit his/her application for a Residence permit in person in a nearest representation of Republic of Estonia. The decision about a Temporary residence permit will be given within a period of 2 months from the date officially admitted student has submitted the documents to the representation of Republic of Estonia.

Foreign students will get full assistance from university Student Tutors and from the International Relations Office and the Study Department.
