EBS Students won I and III price in JuhtimisAju competition

On 10 April EBS Students gained I and III price in Estonian management case study competition JuhtimisAju 2008. The topic of this year’s JuhtimisAju was „Progress and innovation“.

EBS was represented with two different teams. Our international business administration students Mihkel Härm, Reino Pent and Priit Viru formed a team called TLT (Tomorrow’s Leaders Today) and won I price together with the 15 000 kroons and free entrance to Pärnu Management Conference. Representative of the team TLT Mihkel Härm said: “Cases of the competition were rather difficult and from various fields concentrating on different problems from HRM to sales with the aim of gaining more capital to the company.”

Besides, EBS students Kaspar Kägu, Meribel Müürsepp and Margus Birk formed another team and gained the III price.

JuhtimisAju aim is to bring practical management to students and others who are interested in management issues. The main event is JuhtimisAju ’08 final competition, where seven three-member teams from semi-finals are competing in management case studies.

All Estonian universities’ students from Bachelor and Diploma level are allowed to participate in JuhtimisAju competition.
