EBS Vice-Rector Professor Ruth Alas to Present her New Book "Crisis management – crisis as a possibility“

On Wednesday, 5 September, Estonian Business School’s Vice-Rector Professor Ruth Alas presents her book "Crisis management – crisis as a possibility" in the Tallinn St. John"s Church South hall (Vabaduse väljak 1).

The book deals with the theorys of crisis management and gives an overview on cases of crisis in Estonian companies. “This book helps entrepreneurs, managers and employees to analyse the possibility for crisis and its impact on society, their company and themselves” said Professor Ruth Alas.

The book contains a separate chapter about communication in crisis with examples taken from the Bronze Soldier situation in April. Furthermore, the book offers several lessons and suggestions related to crisis management.
