EBS Executive Training Centre (EBS ETC) is a member of Estonian Business School Group. The Estonian Business School (EBS) is the oldest private business university in the Baltic States. EBS was the first business and management higher educational facility in the Baltic's to receive the CEEMAN (Central and East European Management Development Association) international accreditation rating.

The EBS ETC, a leading training company in Estonia, acts as a link between the business world and the university and its activities are targeted at meeting the training needs of business organizations, offering training and consultations in different functions of management.

The mission of EBS Executive Training Centre is to offer a permanent development option for businesses and organizations via enhancing the executive competencies of staff so that customers´ competitiveness and efficiency will improve in order to increase the values both for owners and community as a whole.

Our product portfolio contains mostly development and qualification programs for top- and middle-level managers and tailor-made in-company trainings. EBS ETC also runs the only public program in Estonia for top managers in strategic management lasting for two years (EBS EMBA).

EBS ETC has carried out trainings for different production and service companies and public organisations including two years development program for PricewaterhouseCoopers, State forest management centre, our long term clients are also Hansabank, Ruukki Production, different ministries (The Estonian Ministry of Defence, The Estonian Ministry of Finance etc), Wendre Production; FKSM, Stora Enso, Elcoteq, Fazer etc.
